ODOR PROBLEMS    PRESSURE WASHING

CARPET CLEANING: First we vacuum the entire carpet including edges and baseboard. Next the carpet is pretreated using a Hydroforce heated soulution to loosen up the dirt. Then the stains are analyzed to see if they require a different method of cleaning. Lastly the carpet is thoroughly rinsed to eliminate all chemical residue which would otherwise attract dirt. During the cleaning process, plastic tabs and/or blocks are placed under the legs of furniture to prevent any polish, paint or rust problems.  Drying time is reduced by raking up the fibers and with use of commercial dryers. We provide vinyl shoe covers (Booties) for our clients to wear during and after the cleaning process. We also provide a couple extra pairs of booties for those unexpected guests or family members. And finally, a FREE 16oz bottle of Spotter for those newly created spots. FREE REFILLS TOO.

UPHOLSTERY CLEANING: Complete vacuuming of the Upholstery, Cushions & Pillows.  We pretreat the areas that need attention. The extraction process is used to remove the soils related to particular fibers. Carpet dryers will be used to expedite the drying process.

SCOTCHGARD TREATMENT: If you want protection for your Carpet & Upholstery, Scotchgarding will extend it's life by acting as a barrier against soil and spills for the fibers. This allows easy clean up for accidents. 

ODOR PROBLEMS: We can take care of a variety of odor problems from pets, non-pets (i.e. skunks), and everyday household odors.  The source of the odor is located first  using a moisture probe and a black light.  The odor is neutralized using an Enzyme Digester or Malodor Digester. Deodorants only cover up odors. 

PRESSURE WASHING: This method is used for decks, fencing and concrete surfaces (driveways, walkways & patios) Using the power of our truck mount, we can generate up to 225 degrees and blast away dirt and stains.

TILE & GROUT: We pretreat the Tile & Grout first and rinse with the the power of our truck mount. Then we seal it with a protective coating to keep dirt & liquids from penatrating the tile & grout.

We use state of the art equipment and only use certified green chemicals. We also use a Culligan water softner which allows us to use considerably less chemical when cleaning. Our powerfull truck mounted cleaning system generates up to 240 degrees of heat which allows us to throughly deep clean your carpet. Once the carpet is cleaned, the fibers are groomed so the carpet will dry faster. We also use carpet dryers to expedite the drying process.
